Topic review
I watched most of the broadcast. I was worried that the negative would be louder but as pleasantly surprised. There was still a ton of misinformation but a handful of great speakers.
All in all I would be seriously surprised if the board seeks for an injunction. Based on tonight, that would appear to be an unwise way to go.

Wednesday night's broadcast of the special board meeting
I was able to listen from about 8:00-present (9:30). I must say a greater percentage of those that spoke were "teacher-positive" during the time I watched. The loudest seemed to be "teacher-negative" (including calling out Steven & Michele for being "lazy" about negotiating), but it's clear almost all want the strike settled with contiuous negotiations (rather than taking Sundays off, etc.). There were a couple of well-placed torpedos aimed at the "acting" superintendant. Both were very relavant & respectful, but hit the target dead on. I do know also, most that addressed the situation advised/requested that an injunction not be used, and that differences be hammered out in the negotiating process NOW.
I'd like to hear from others who saw the entire broadcast & what their "take" was of it.
