How about a list of slogans for the signs? Here are a couple:

Would this be a good place to suggest SONGS and CHANTS that might help morale? It's OK to walk, but it is boring unless you're holding a lively conversation with another staff member or student who stops by to hug you (elementary 
). "We Shall Overcome" is a moldy oldie, but addresses our situation. We would need words written/printed out to begin with. NO CONTRACT--NO SCHOOL is obvious by now...how about something new? aslongasittakes
